Hi! I’m Rebecca, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to “Healthy Hair Habit.” This isn’t just a blog – it’s a community where we explore the wonders of hair growth. You’re here because you care about your hair, and so do I.

Here’s a little bit about me: my passion for helping people navigate hair loss began over 15 years ago, first starting during University studying for a Science Degree from which I learnt about the mechanisms of hair growth and the impact hair loss can have on psychological well-being.

I then started a career in the medical aesthetics industry, and during this time I’ve had the privilege to work with some top-tier brands and groundbreaking technologies that have equipped me with the knowledge to assist others.

Ever since I started, educating and empowering individuals to rebuild their self-confidence has been my driving mission. I want to share valuable insights and trusted recommendations to help you achieve healthier, more vibrant hair.

I also experienced severe hair loss when suffering from early menopause, aged 39, and have personally tried and experienced many of the solutions I discuss throughout this website.

Away from the world of hair, my life is a lively mix of family adventures, thanks to my blended family of four dynamic kids, my wonderful husband of five years, and our two cheeky cats, Bonnie & Clyde. It’s a full house that brims with joy and, honestly, a bit of chaos!

Balancing a career I love and a family that keeps me busy requires a lot of good humour and resilience, and I’ve got both in spades. But I wouldn’t have it any other way.

This community reflects those aspects of my life – it’s supportive, informative, and a place to connect with others who are on a similar journey. We’re here to share stories, learn from each other, and grow – both literally and figuratively.

      Thank you so much for your comments. I couldn’t agree more about there being lots of misinformation. Hopefully I can help create a change with that.

      I think a great habit is to show your hair some love – it’s a part of us after all! Whether that be through improved diet or carefully selected supplements. We very often take our hair for granted.
